If you wish to pay your rent monthly or quarterly in advance, you must have an income in the UK of at least 2.5 times the rental amount, so if your rent is £1000 per week your earnings have to be at least £2500 per week.
Please note, should your offer be accepted, you will be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of one week’s rent. This will enable us to begin the paperwork and referencing process.
I confirm that all tenants/occupants over the age of 18 will need to prove their Right To Rent as well as providing photo ID (passport, drivers licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from within the last three months).
If any payments are made to us by a third party, we will require their identification and proof of address (as above) otherwise we will be unable to accept the payment.
I confirm that my personal information may be shared with the landlord and/or the landlord’s advisors.
