Effective, efficient property management provides the foundation of a harmonious relationship between landlord, tennant and agent. With this in mind, we allocate an accountable, dedicated manager to each property who will then become your point of contact.
We settle final utility accounts attend to regular outgoings, agree inventory reports, deal with damages, handle insurance claims, renew service contracts and attend to all repairs and maintenance, inspect properties and send out written reports. In addition to this we can undertake refurbishment projects and also decorative works if required.
