Our online auctions typically run for between 48 hours and 14 days, giving prospective buyers the opportunity to review the available legal documentation and, where appropriate, arrange a physical viewing before bidding. Some properties may also be suitable for buyers purchasing with a mortgage.
Once the auction concludes, the successful bidder pays a non refundable reservation fee to secure the property exclusively, with exchange and completion typically taking place within 56 days. This creates a defined route towards completion while providing both seller and buyer with greater clarity from the outset.
