Napier Watt has been travelling to the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on Kuwait and Bahrain, for over 10 years and we’ve established a large, active, client base within the region. This year, our Director Jonathan Adams will be visiting Kuwait from 22nd – 26th October and Bahrain from 28th October – 2nd November. Our clients are highly informed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the UK, including politics, economics and how connected our regions are. Many of our clients and their families have been regularly travelling to London for years or consider it their second home.
During our visit, we will be meeting new and existing clients, as well as several banks, lawyers, accountants and other professionals who directly or via their clients have an interest in Prime Central London (PCL) residential property. We’ll be discussing all aspects of residential property, including sales and lettings. We will also be speaking to investors who believe that now is perfect opportunity to invest in PCL due to the current economic circumstances – a testing property market with high interest rates and a rise in the cost of living leading to a general reduction in property prices, linked to the current low level of Dollar vs Sterling exchange rate. We believe it’s our independent, impartial and up-to-date advice on PCL that our clients trust and we looking forward to meeting everyone on our trip this year.
