About us

Jonathan is an experienced and passionate property professional with over 25 years experience of dealing with some of the finest flats and houses in Prime Central and Greater London. He prides himself on providing honest, straight forward advice, that can be trusted and relied upon and has a loyal following among fellow professionals, individuals and frequently receives repeat business and referral from previous clients. As an expert in area he is frequently interviewed and quoted in local and national media.

Louise joined Napier Watt in the summer of 2012 and was appointed Director in 2015. Her success stems from a genuine passion for property, building strong relationships, and working closely with people. Louise began her career in the corporate world but soon discovered her preference for boutique companies, where she could be more hands-on and involved throughout the entire client journey. She takes pride in being the main point of contact for her clients, offering a personal and dedicated service from start to finish. A true Londoner at heart, Louise loves the vibrant and cosmopolitan energy of the city.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, socialising with friends, and staying active.

A life-long West Londoner, Robin began his property career in January 2008, starting in the residential lettings market in Chiswick. He moved over to Mayfair in 2010 where he began to hone his expertise in super-prime central London property. Joining Napier Watt in 2023, he brings with him a wealth of experience and prides himself on operating with discretion and integrity.

Neil has been working in residential lettings in PCL for over 15 years. He has built up an extensive knowledge of the market which he passes on to both landlords and prospective tenants. He has many contacts with other property professionals including relocation agents and also previous tenants who repeatedly recommend his services to colleagues and friends.

Hugh joined Napier Watt in 2018 finding his introduction to property in the lettings department.  However, his enduring interest in sales found him switch desks to take on his next challenge.  Thousands and thousands of steps later, Hugh knows Prime Central London inside out from the small hidden mews’ to the most prestigious of developments.  Buyers and clients are in safe hands with Hugh’s comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Outside of work, Hugh is a keen German speaker, devout Chelsea supporter, with a cricket addiction.

James joined the lettings department in 2021, keen to explore the property world.  James is a quick learner and rapidly developed a solid understanding of the rental sector.  James’ adept knowledge of technology and marketing is a real asset to the team utilising modern platforms to reach International clients and tenants.

James maintains a strong interest in fashion and design outside of the office.

Elizabeth (better known as Lizzie) joined Napier Watt in 2014, her role started as Office Administrator and after many years looking after the office and being first hand experience with Tenancy Progression she has know taken on the role as Property Manager looking after our managed properties. Liz is a born Londoner and prides herself on her knowledge of the London travel zones and getting from A to Z on the capitals great transport links. The types of properties Napier Watt manage vary enormously in size and style, Lizzie ensures that your property will be maintained to same standards and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner whilst keeping our Landlords updated and (hopefully) happy tenants. Lizzie believes in star signs and is a qualified ARLA Associate who believes you never stop learning in life.

Caroline’s extensive agency background, encompassing negotiator to director level roles, places Napier Watt’s client/tenant management and accounting services in good hands. Caroline prides herself on her commitment to industry ethics, whilst providing value for money and exceptional attention to detail. Having graduated as a Bachelor of Law from UCL. Caroline’s has a thorough understanding of property throughout the boroughs of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Caroline is an ardent skier among many other eagerly pursued outdoor hobbies but her dedication to London means she can rival most black cab drivers on “The Knowledge”!

Su joined Napier Watt in May 2021 from luxury fashion retail and quickly established herself as a very successful negotiator in the Prime Central London market.  As a native Chinese speaker with a Masters degree in Marketing from LCF, Su also heads up Napier Watt’s Far East desk.  Her calm demeanour and tenacious negotiating skills place Su as a leading force in the sales team.

Outside of work, Su Jia is a real foodie and she will be delighted to share her pocket list for London’s best restaurants with you.

Fawne joined Napier Watt in August 2022 to expand the Property Management department, having started her career within the finance industry as well as local government. Fawne’s strong customer service focus has seen her excel in her role and her reliable and thorough hard work has truly elevated the department.

In her spare time Fawne enjoys participating in long distance running events, having completed marathons for charitable organisations.

Judite has been an integral and reliable asset to the Napier Watt team since 2023. Prior to her property career, Judite’s education in Business Administration & HR led her to work in various industries and live in multiple countries which has brought a diverse skill set to her role and compliments our International client base.

Judite enjoys keeping fit and healthy and is keen to travel to beautiful places.
