What comes next? We will carry out a valuation of your property in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards (6th addition) both on the existing lease and on completion of the extension or enfranchisement. We’ll liaise with your solicitors and work on your behalf to secure the best possible premium.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach an agreement with the landlord, the matter may be referred to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. In such circumstances, we will liaise with solicitors, prepare our valuation and represent you if a hearing is set.
